Family company, third generation. Company story: Ken Hensler made "one of the world's first shag rugs" on his wife's sewing machine in the early 1960s; first rugs released in Los Angeles. Hand-tufts custom rugs to order in California with single-needle tufting (designs hand-traced, then tufted line by line), New Zealand wool and recycled nylon. Artist collaborations with Jacquin Headen (2021) and Parker Heath (2024). Dates: 1967 and the shag-rug story are company claims only.
