A made-to-order hand-tufted line was announced in 2007; US custom area rugs from 2008; an aircraft carpet division in 2013; in 2021 it bought Masland's US custom area-rug equipment and added tufting machines. "American Made" rugs are robotic/CNC tufted in Georgia and hand-finished; "Journey Made" rugs are hand-tufted or woven overseas. Dates: 2005, 2013, 2021 confirmed; 2008 company claim.
