Makes only bespoke hand-tufted luxury rugs with single-needle tufting guns; yarn, tufting and finishing on one site. About 12 staff making up to 4 carpets a day (Monocle, 2011). A 2022 Instagram tufting video brought international attention; Swisscraft collection (Swiss wool and linen) 2025. Part of the social-media wave that made gun tufting a hobby.
