Citation check (Oct 2026, from search results; pages not opened): partly confirmed. The work exists: 《天津地毯工业》 (Tientsin Carpet Industry) by 方显廷 / H. D. Fong, Nankai University Committee on Social and Economic Research. It was the first of his six-volume industry series, dated 1929 (Nankai) or 1930 (Sohu). It is reprinted in 《方显廷文存》 (Nankai UP, 2019), so it is also obtainable in print. I could NOT find a Wikimedia Commons file with this title. Searches restricted to commons.wikimedia.org returned only unrelated NLC scans, and direct fetch of Commons failed in this environment. The record should name the author and date, and the Commons URL still needs to be supplied by a human.
