This is the German member of the 1950 Danish hand-tool family (GB674501A, FR1034542A). Google Patents classes it under D05C15/06 (hand-held tufting apparatus), and its keywords mention a tubular needle and a movement element. It is the earliest German document classed as a hand tufting device that turned up in this search. Date caution: a single search summary gave "1951" and said it was published alongside GB674501A. I did not see a publication date on the record itself. Verified Oct 2026 by web search only. patents.google.com and Espacenet could not be opened from the sandbox, so I did not read the document itself. Research note (Oct 2026): found through search results; the patent document itself wasn't opened.
