Research notes

This is the clearest British hand-gun patent found. It is a PCT filing (PCT/GB1991/000097, published as WO1991011550) claiming GB priority 9001631 of 24 Jan 1990, by an individual inventor in Barnsley. Verified Oct 2026 by web search only. patents.google.com and Espacenet could not be opened from the sandbox, so I did not read the document itself. All bibliographic data come from the EPO publication-server record (data.epo.org) as summarised in a search result. Research note (Oct 2026): found through search results; the patent document itself wasn't opened. The Patent drawings job fetches the document from Google Patents; if drawings appear on this record, the number is confirmed.
