Research notes

From search results; pages not opened. Dayang's English website names the company Guangdong Dayang Carpet Machinery Factory Co., Ltd., at Dayang Carpet Edifice, No. 34 Yanhe Road, Shantou, Guangdong. Its product categories, as shown in a search excerpt, are mostly large machines ("Jaquard tufting machine", "Gantry tufting machine", "Turf tufting machine", "Tufting manipulator", "Horse head tufting machine", "Chenille tufting machine", "Flat style tufting machine"), plus an "electric tufting gun", a "shearing machine" and "Shear master". The site's ZQ-III page calls the ZQ-III "a new portable type tufting machine" that combines ("cooperate") an "electric & pneumatic device to proceed high speed tufting", for plush carpet. Marketplace listings under the names Shantou Dayang Carpet Industry Co., Ltd. (Made-in-China) and Shantou Dayang Carpet Machinery Factory Co., Ltd. (Tradeindia) also offer a ZQ-II hand tufting gun, a Z-II electric gun and a "Pneumatic Hand Tufting Gun for Producing Shaggy Carpet". Those are seller listings; their specifications and prices are not recorded here. Gun or machine: Dayang calls the ZQ-III a "portable type tufting machine"; marketplace listings and retailers call it a pneumatic hand tufting gun. No dates for any model were found. Tuft the World once sold a "ZQ-III" pneumatic gun and a "ZQ-II" (see tool-ttw-pneumatic-guns, tool-ttw-electric-guns). Its pages do not name the maker, but Tim Eads, a founder of Tuft the World, says its ZQ machines were made by Dayang (see finding-ttw-gun-suppliers).
