Research notes

Audio interview, 52 minutes, 1974, from the John Burrison Georgia Folklore Archives at the Atlanta History Center (via DLG). Found by a search for "chenille bedspread"; no summary in the record. Jack Bandy (1926-2020) is presumably the Dalton carpet manufacturer (Coronet, Bandy Heritage Center namesake); not confirmed by the record. Why it matters: Dalton bedspreads: a 1974 first-hand account touching chenille spreads, possibly by a carpet-industry founder. Tagged possible until listened to. Found: Digital Library of Georgia, search "chenille bedspread", 2026-10-28.
